Notes:
- Tasks are only performed on surfaces that are within reach, without the use of a ladder, of the cleaner.
- Tasks are only performed to the interior, inside of the property. No exterior, outside tasks are performed by the cleaner.
- The cleaner will empty up to 2 standard size trash cans per room and replace with the customer supplied liner(s). Any loose bags of trash and additional trash cans may be emptied for an additional fee.
